Pri hlásení chyby pomôže

• Verzia iOS (Nastavenia → Všeobecné → Informácie)
• Model zariadenia (iPhone / iPad)
• Verzia aplikácie (na obrazovke „O aplikácii“ alebo v nastaveniach)
• Stručný popis toho, čo sa stalo a čo ste očakávali
• Snímka obrazovky, ak je to viditeľný problém

Časté otázky

Aplikácia ukazuje staré výsledky

Údaje sa ťahajú priamo z hrdosport.sk. Skúste obrazovku potiahnuť nadol pre obnovenie. Ak ani potom nie sú aktuálne, problém je pravdepodobne na strane zdroja údajov.

Live Activity sa nezobrazuje na uzamknutej obrazovke

Live Activity vyžaduje iOS 16.1 alebo novší a zapnutú možnosť „Live Activities“ v Nastaveniach → HRDO Šport.

Widget je prázdny

Widget sa aktualizuje každých ~30 minút. Otvorte aspoň raz hlavnú aplikáciu a označte aspoň jednu súťaž ako sledovanú — widget potom bude mať čo zobraziť.

When reporting a bug, please include

• iOS version (Settings → General → About)
• Device model (iPhone / iPad)
• App version (from the About screen or Settings)
• A short description of what happened vs. what you expected
• A screenshot if it's a visible issue

The app shows stale results

Data is fetched live from hrdosport.sk. Pull to refresh on any screen. If the data still isn't current, the issue is most likely upstream.

Live Activity doesn't appear on the Lock Screen

Live Activities require iOS 16.1 or later and need Live Activities enabled under Settings → HRDO Šport.

The widget is empty

The widget refreshes about every 30 minutes. Open the main app at least once and mark at least one competition as watched — the widget will have something to show after that.
